Shipping Methods
Shipping methods used are UPS and USPS to all locations within the US including PO Boxes and APO addresses. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.
Due to our products being shipped directly to your address from our distributors or manufacturers, if your order consists of multiple items there is a possibility of certain items arriving at different times in separate packaging. This does not in any way affect the cost of your shipping.
Shipping Timeframes
Most orders will ship within 2-5 days upon receipt of your order. Please allow 14 days for delivery. You will be given express shipping options at the time of checkout.
Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation provided your order included an e-mail address. You will also receive a tracking number to use on the UPS website to track your item if UPS was the carrier chosen by the distributor. USPS will not track orders while en route. If your order has not arrived by its expected time you may e-mail us at info@cloud9babybedding.com and we will gladly assist in tracking your order.
Delays
In the event of any disruptions in the shipping of your items or if an item is backordered due to supply and demand at the manufacturer level you will be notified via e-mail.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to any orders originating from Wisconsin unless a certificate of tax exemption is presented prior to order acceptance. Tax exemption certificates can be e-mailed to info@cloud9babybedding.com and we will send you a confirmation directing you how to purchase tax exempt products.
