Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at Cloud 9 Baby Bedding. If you are not satisfied with any non-personalized item you may contact us for return procedures within 30 days of receipt. Contact us via e-mail at info@cloud9babybedding.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable. An item may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the distributor or manufacturer.
Returned items must be in new, resalable condition in original packaging to qualify for a refund. All returned items will be inspected and evaluated. Returns that do not meet our policy conditions will be sent back to the customer at your expense.
Returned items should include your name, order#, item returned, e-mail, phone # and reason for return.
You can choose to either receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate or a refund processed against the original form of payment. We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged Items
Any damaged items must be reported to Cloud 9 Baby Bedding within 48 hours of receipt of products for return instructions.
Cancellations
To cancel an order please e-mail info@cloud9babybedding.com so we can track your items. For cancellation to apply, they must be cancelled before they are shipped from the distributor or manufacturer.
